Fill out the form with all your info and measurements, make sure your Instagram and TikTok (if you have them) are public, and upload 4 recent photos taken with your phone — no edits, no filters, no makeup. Keep it simple: plain tee + jeans. Girls can wear heels.

Your pics should show:

• Half body
• Close-up of your face (one smiling, one serious)
• One special shot / swimwear or underwear (guys) / bikini (girls)
